Downloading or installing BEAM-REPORT implies your responsibility and the responsibility of your employer. Before doing so, we suggest that you check with your I.S. administrator or other relevant authority that this would not violate any rule applicable in your company.
BEAM REPORT is quite simple to install. It comprises one single executable file, and its installation does not require any particular resource. You can download and install the demo version by various means, according to your convenience or security constraints :
- A- Direct Install. If your workstation allows it, this is the fastest method. The remote installation module is protected by a SYSTEAM certificate.
- B- Download a single "Setup.exe". Once downloaded, this file may be copied and executed on as many workstations as needed.
- C- Download the installation kip (ZIP file). This ZIP file contains an installer that you can execute on the target workstation. If its security configuration does not allow that, you can also execute a manual installation, by simply extracting individual files. Note that this has no impact on the Registry or on reserved system directories. Therefore the "manual installation" can be executedeven in a restricted rights context.
To enable the full version of BEAM-REPORT, you will need in all cases to install a key-file, which is sent to you by other means.
Note: If you already own a BEAM-REPORT software licence, please check the validity date of your maintenance contract. If it has expired, the latest release of BEAM-REPORT will not operate; then you are still allowed to get any previous release earlier than the expiration date of your maintenance contract.
